Protecting Your Legacy

Indiana's 2019 Trust Protector law gives trusts greater flexibility to adapt to future changes and unforeseen circumstances while preserving the original intent of the trust creator.A Trust Protector may serve as an independent fiduciary who helps ensure the trust is administered according to its terms, safeguards the grantor's wishes, and protects the interests of beneficiaries. Choosing a qualified, impartial professional provides confidence that the trust will continue to serve its intended purpose for years to come.
